Sound familiar?

Most AI work dies in demos.

01

The pilot that never shipped

Experiments everywhere. Nothing in production.

02

The demo that fell apart

Great on video. Broke on real data.

03

The chatbot that can't act

It answers questions. It can't do the work.

If one of these is your last six months,

What we do

Three ways to put AI to work.

01

AI agents & copilots

Agents that finish the task: quotes, triage, CRM updates. Every action logged.

02

Custom AI software

A complete AI product, data to interface, quality-checked before every release.

03

AI in your existing systems

AI inside the CRM and ops tools you already use. No rewrite.

Selected work

Results, not demos.

How it works

From brief to production.

Kickoff to first agent in production: about 30 days.

  1. Before kickoff

    Free call

30 minutes with a senior engineer. A written proposal in 2–3 days.

  2. Week 1

    Scope

  3. Weeks 2–4

    Ship

Your first workflow, live on your real data.

  4. Week 5+

    Scale

We hand over the keys, or stay and keep shipping.

Pricing

Start small. Own everything.

Fixed scope or fixed monthly, never hourly. You own the IP.

Building an MVP? Priced on the scoping call. What's included.

MVP development

Starting from zero? We ship MVPs, too.

Idea to a launched v1, by the same senior engineers. Price and timeline fixed before work starts.

  • 01

    The product, not a prototype

    Live for your first users.

  • 02

AI where it earns its place

Not bolted on for the demo.

    Full code and IP ownership.

Questions

Straight answers.

01

How does an engagement with Trontra start?

A free 30-minute call with a senior engineer — not a salesperson. If we're a fit, you get a written proposal within 2–3 business days with scope, price, and timeline.

02

How much does custom AI agent development cost?

Most projects land between $25k for a focused two-week sprint and $200k+ for a 12-week build with embedded support. Fixed-scope or fixed-monthly — no open-ended hourly billing.

03

How long does it take to ship a production AI agent?

From kickoff to first production ship is typically 30 days. Week 1 scopes a fixed plan; weeks 2–4 deliver the first end-to-end slice on real data with evals; week 5+ hardens, instruments, and hands off or stays embedded.

04

Do you build MVPs for startups and new products?

Yes. Alongside AI agents, we take founders and teams from idea to a launched first version, built by the same senior engineers, and you own the code. Price and timeline depend on what you're launching: we agree both with you on the first call and fix them in the written proposal. AI goes in where it earns its place, and the foundation is production-grade, so version two builds on it instead of replacing it.

05

Who actually does the work?

The same senior people you meet on the first call. We don't pitch with seniors and deliver with juniors.

06

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes — yours or ours, before any specifics are exchanged. Most of our work is under NDA.

07

Who owns the IP Trontra builds?

You do. Client agreements transfer work product ownership to you. We do not retain rights to resell your agents or reuse your proprietary data.

08

How do you handle our data and security?

NDAs before any specifics are exchanged. We design for least access — your data stays in your accounts and infrastructure wherever possible — and every agent ships with eval gates, guardrails, and audit trails before it touches production.

09

Which models and stack do you use?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Llama, and Mistral — via direct APIs, AWS Bedrock, or Azure. We're model-agnostic and choose per workload; everything ships with evals and observability, so you can swap models later without starting over.

10

We already have engineers — how do you work with them?

We build alongside your team, not around it. Your engineers get production-grade code, eval harnesses, observability, and documentation — so when we hand off, they can own and extend the system rather than inherit a black box.

11

Why not hire a freelancer or a big consultancy?

Freelancers demo fast but rarely survive real data and real users; large consultancies bill hourly and staff juniors. Trontra is senior engineers on fixed scope and fixed price, with a first production ship in 30 days — and you own everything.

12

Do you work with companies outside the US and Europe?

Our focus is companies headquartered in the US and Europe, where we can guarantee business-hour overlap. If you're elsewhere, write to hello@trontra.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
